Terms of use
Last updated: 11 August 2026
These terms govern your use of adamsnel.com (our “website”). By using our website, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our website.
1. Who we are
Our website is owned and operated by Adams Nel, based in Scotland, United Kingdom. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Adams Nel.
2. What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of the website itself — browsing our pages, reading about our company and services, and contacting us.
They do not cover buying merchandise. Merchandise sold through our store is sold by Fourthwall, Inc., which acts as the seller and Merchant of Record for those products. Purchases are a separate contract between you and Fourthwall, governed by the store’s own returns, shipping and refund policies and by Fourthwall’s terms presented at checkout, not by these website terms.
3. Our content and intellectual property
We, together with our licensors, own all intellectual property rights in our website and its content, including text, graphics, logos and the Adams Nel brand. You may view, download for caching, and print pages from our website for your own personal or internal business use. Except as expressly permitted, you must not copy, republish, sell, rent, sub-license, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit our content without our permission.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use our website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- use our website in any way that damages, disables or impairs it, or interferes with anyone else’s use of it;
- introduce or transmit any virus, malware or other harmful code;
- carry out any systematic or automated data collection (including scraping, data mining or harvesting) on our website without our written consent;
- use information collected from our website for unsolicited marketing or to contact people without their consent.
You must ensure that any information you give us through the website is true, accurate and not misleading. Our contact and other forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA; by using them you accept that Google’s terms and privacy policy apply to that protection.
5. Information you submit to us
If you send us information through the website (for example through the contact form), you are responsible for ensuring it is lawful and does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may use the information you send to respond to and handle your enquiry, as described in our privacy policy.
6. No warranties
Our website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the information on our website is complete or accurate, that the content is up to date, or that the website will always be available or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the website at any time without notice.
7. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- we provide the website free of charge and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it;
- we will not be liable for any business losses (including loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, opportunities or goodwill), any loss or corruption of data, or any indirect or consequential loss;
- we will not be liable for any loss arising from events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, which you keep wherever you are.
8. Links to other sites
Our website may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control, including the Fourthwall-operated store and checkout. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, and links do not imply our endorsement.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time by publishing a new version on our website. The revised terms apply from the date they are published. Please check this page occasionally. Last updated 11 August 2026.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of our website, are governed by the law of Scotland, and you and we agree that the courts of Scotland have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-law rights of your country of residence.
11. Contact us
You can contact us through the contact form on our website, or by email at privacy@adamsnel.com (for data protection matters).
