Our website is owned and operated by Adams Nel, based in Scotland, United Kingdom. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Adams Nel.

They do not cover buying merchandise. Merchandise sold through our store is sold by Fourthwall, Inc., which acts as the seller and Merchant of Record for those products. Purchases are a separate contract between you and Fourthwall, governed by the store’s own returns, shipping and refund policies and by Fourthwall’s terms presented at checkout, not by these website terms.

We, together with our licensors, own all intellectual property rights in our website and its content, including text, graphics, logos and the Adams Nel brand.
